Hello, I am a firm believer that if you find something you love to do you will never work a day in your life. Helping people with Auto, Homeowners, Health and especially Life insurance has turned out to be one of the most gratifying experiences in my career with State Farm. I am proud to say I have been an agent and a member of the Odessa chamber of commerce, the Hispanic chamber of commerce and the Black chamber of commerce since December of 2009.

I was born in Pecos, TX (home of the first Rodeo) depending on who you ask. moved to Odessa, TX when I was 10 yrs. old and have lived here ever since. I graduated from Permian High School (MOJO)

I have been HAPPILY married since 1989 to my wife Lupita and we have 3 wonderful young men Filiberto III, Reymundo, and Marco. I have four excellent Grandkids in the world, Jacob, Khloe, Josie and Delihah.

I served as a City Council member for District number 5 between November 2014 thru November 2018

I am an active member of Holy Redeemer Church.

I serve on the Parish Council and was named the first Grand Knight for the Knights of Columbus council 17679

I am proud to be a part of and serve the great city of Odessa, TX.
