After I hung up with her, I immediately started feeling bad about the way I had acted. I called her back, and apologized profusely. She was kind enough to accept my apology—I’m not sure I would’ve done the same thing if I were in her position. This agency has always treated me so well, and I HIGHLY recommend it.
